US Army and Air Force in Europe join USAID to provide support to Lebanon

The 21st Theater Sustainment Command coordinated the movement of 21 pallets of supplies from the Netherlands to Ramstein Air Base, Germany, where members of the 86th Logistics Readiness Squadron, 721st Aerial Port Squadron and 1st Air and Space Communications Operations Squadron downloaded, prepared and loaded the nearly 12,000 pounds of supplies onto a U.S. Air Force C-130.

EUCOM announces USAF deployment in support of Operation Atlantic Resolve

"The United States Air Force deployed 12 A-10 Thunderbolt II aircraft as part of a Theater Security Package in support of Operation Atlantic Resolve to Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany. Approximately 300 Airmen and support equipment are deploying with the A-10s from the 355th Fighter Wing, Davis-Monthan AFB, Ariz. While in Germany these aircraft will forward-deploy to locations in Eastern European NATO nations. Units will conduct training alongside our NATO allies to strengthen interoperability and to demonstrate U.S. commitment to the security and stability of Europe," said U.S. Navy CAPT Greg Hicks, U.S. European Command spokesman.
