Seabees Lay the Foundation in Romania

Senior Chief Joseph G. Daniel directs Builder 3rd Class Hector Juarez, Builder 3rd Class Samantha Kylberg, and Builder 3rd Class Alexis Franklin of the Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 1 as they level the concrete floor for an Operations and Storage Building as a part of Resolute Castle 17 at Joint National Training Center, Cincu, Romania. Resolute Castle 17 is an exercise strengthening the NATO alliance and enhancing its capacity for joint training and response to threats within the region.
