USEUCOM-Norway Staff Talks Bolster Mutual Readiness

Led by Norwegian Defence Staff's deputy chief of staff for operations, Maj. Gen. Tonje Skinnarland, and U.S. European Command's deputy director for security cooperation, policy, partnering and space capabilities, U.S. Air Force Brig. Gen. Edward Vaughan, U.S. and Norwegian military officials conducted two days of bilateral staff talks in Oslo, Norway, focused upon long-term security cooperation in the Arctic and High North.
