Senior Enlisted Leader Change of Command 2019

Wolters, middle, commander of USEUCOM, and U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sgt. Phillip Easton, the incoming CSEL of USEUCOM, stand at attention during a change of responsibility ceremony at Patch Barracks, Stuttgart, Germany. Easton assumed responsibility from Addington during the ceremony, officiated by Wolters.
