Senior Enlisted Leader Change of Command 2019

U.S. Navy Fleet Master Chief Cris Addington, the outgoing command senior enlisted leader (CSEL) of U.S. European Command (USEUCOM), speaks during a change of responsibility ceremony at Patch Barracks, Stuttgart, Germany. U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sgt. Phillip Easton, the incoming CSEL of USEUCOM, assumed responsibility from Addington during the ceremony, officiated by U.S. Air Force Gen. Tod D. Wolters, commander of USEUCOM.
