EUCOM Change of Command 2

U.S. European Command (USEUCOM) held a change of command ceremony today at Patch Barracks in Stuttgart, Germany, where U.S. Air Force Gen. Tod D. Wolters assumed command from U.S. Army Gen. Curtis M. Scaparrotti.
