US European Command (EUCOM) hosted the Baltic Sea Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, and Intelligence (C5I) Synchronization Board, combined with the Mission Partner Environment (MPE) summit, in Garmisch, Germany, from Dec. 9-13, 2024. The event brought together representatives from the three Baltic nations, regional NATO allies, as well as key U.S.-based attendees, including the U.S. Joint Staff and various supporting program offices.

The combined event focused on enhancing collective security and interoperability among Allies in the European region, with an emphasis on joint warfighting functions, command and control, sustainment, joint fires, and intelligence sharing. Attendees shared expertise and best practices to improve regional stability, identifying key areas for improvement and developing actionable recommendations for addressing operational gaps.
