An M1 Abrams tank is staged at a Norwegian port following the conclusion of Exercise Saber Strike 16, July 4, 2016. The tank was used during Exercise Saber Strike 16, and was transported from Riga, Latvia, by a British Roll-On, Roll-Off ship. Once offloaded and staged, it was taken to a Marine Corps Prepositioning Program cave, where it will be meticulously maintained, ensuring it can be pulled and sent to the fight anywhere at any time. NATO forces partner for Thracian Summer

During the two-week forward training deployment (FTD), the 37th Airlift Squadron are conducting tactical flight training which include low-level flights, airdrop training with partnered forces and other related training events. The evolutions help preserve joint readiness, build interoperability and strengthen relationships with our NATO allies.
