Contractor Accountability

Contractors with performance in Eastern Europe must comply with DFARS 252.225-7040 Contractor Personnel Supporting U.S. Armed Forces Deployed Outside the United States. This may require the use of Synchronized Predeployment and Operational Tracker (SPOT). Contractors should contact their respective Contracting Officers to get additional details on the applicability of the clause. 

Contractor Travel

Contractors traveling to locations in Eastern Europe must work with their contracting officer to obtain a Unit Line Number regardless of the mode of travel. Please contact your respective contracting office to accomplish this requirement. Furthermore, contractors shall abide by host nation entry, exit, and transit requirements.
