Step 2 (Updated due to COVID): HQ USEUCOM In-processing. After Restriction of Movement (RoM) for 10 days, on the 11th day report to the USEUCOM Headquarters Commandant Joint Personnel Center (JPC), Patch Barracks, Building 2308, Room 138, during duty hours Monday through Friday (0900 -1130 & 1300 - 1530). You will receive a USEUCOM In-Processing packet containing everything you need to in-process the command. For assistance call DSN 324-412-0153.

Step 3: U.S. Army Garrison (USAG) in-processing. The USAG Stuttgart Central Processing Facility (CPF) now has virtual in-processing capability and newcomers can begin the process even before arrival.

The Garrison CPF team revised the entire in-processing program. A key feature of the new model has been the availability of multiple virtual platforms that will provide customers a new in-processing environment. This virtual setting allows incoming personnel more control over the pace of their individualized in-processing. The CPF is on Panzer Kaserne in Bldg 2913 along with housing, transportation, driver licensing, customs, and a cafe serving breakfast and lunch.

Unit-assigned sponsors can now direct incoming military and DA civilian personnel to contact the CPF before departure from their home station. Once the CPF receives their Newcomers Needs Assessment, in return, the customer will receive a checklist, personalized by category, which steers the customer to important information needed for their specific situation.

USAG information concerning in-processing procedures can be found on the USAG Stuttgart App. Incoming personnel can also make appointments using the app or by visiting the Stuttgart Citizen website.
