Agile Spirit demonstrates multinational reach, expertise to support deterrence

Romania Army Capt. Raluca Preda, a leader in the planning section assigned to the H2 Multinational Division Southeast, performs duties in the high-control room at the Joint Training and Evaluation Center, Georgia on August 28, 2023. Exercise Agile Spirit 23 is designed to support theater security cooperation and interoperability among NATO Allies and partners to improve joint and multinational readiness and capability.
