U.S., Romanian defense officials hold staff talks, Moldova security assistance roundtable

Brig. Gen. Mihail Iancu, deputy chief of the Department of Defense Policy, Planning, and International Relations, led the Romanian delegation to include Romania's Senior National Representative to U.S. European Command, Col. Gabriel Rilladuring, during bilateral staff talks in Bucharest, Romania, on May 3, 2023.
