U.S. EUCOM OHDACA Workshop 2023

Panagiotis Theotis, a Humanitarian Assistance Program Manager with the U.S. Office of Defense Cooperation in Cyprus, discusses a project idea with a Civil Affairs team during an informational “round robin” session as part of the USEUCOM OHDACA workshop that was held in Tirana, Albania during the week of Feb. 5-10. More than 100 personnel working on humanitarian issues throughout the U.S. European Command region gathered at the workshop to discuss future projects.
