Honoring the Candy Bomber

Retired U.S. Air Force Col. Gail. S. Halvorsen holds a candy bar parachute similar the ones he dropped during the Berlin Airlift in front of C-54 Skymaster like the one he flew during WWII at the Pima Air and Space Museum in Arizona. During the Berlin Airlift, 1948-1949, then Lt. Gail S.
