Major General Charles Miller, USEUCOM Director of Plans, Policy, Strategy and Capabilities, gives remarks during a signing ceremony July 16, 2021. The U.S. and Hungary signed implementing agreements that allow American forces access and use of two air bases in Hungary. The agreements are an important step to fully implementing the Defense Cooperation Agreement between the U.S. and Hungary signed in 2019.
