USEUCOM-Estonia LNO MOU photo 5

Col. Vitali Lokk, chief of personnel department of the headquarters of the Estonian Defense Forces, participates in a virtual signing ceremony May 11, 2021. U.S. European Command and the Estonian Defense Forces signed an agreement to establish an Estonian liaison officer at the USEUCOM headquarters in Stuttgart, Germany beginning this summer.
