200905-N-TC847-1164-NORWEGIAN SEA (Sept. 5, 2020) The Arleigh-Burke class guided-missile destroyer USS Ross (DDG 71) conducts a refueling at sea (RAS) with allies, British Royal Fleet Auxiliary RFA Tidespring (A136) Tide-class replenishment tanker, and Royal Navy frigate HMS Sutherland (F81), Sept. 5, 2020.
