United States European Command Celebrates it's 50th Anniversary in Stuttgart

STUTTGART, Germany - Rear Adm. John W. Smith,U.S. European Command, Chief of Staff, and Master Sgt. Alicia Singerman, EUCOM Secretary of the Joint Staff, Superintendent, cut the cake at a ceremony to commemorate 50 years in Stuttgart Mar. 15, 2017. “Fifty years ago today, the U.S. flag was unfurled here at Patch Barracks -- and ever since then, the men and women of EUCOM remain postured and ready to face a rapidly changing international security environment,” said Rear Adm.
