U.S. European Command (USEUCOM) hosts a Change of Command ceremony in which U.S. Army General Curtis M. Scaparrotti, Commander, United States European Command and NATO Supreme Allied Commander Europe relinquishes command to incoming USEUCOM Commander, U.S. Air Force General Tod D. Wolters.
