U.S., Poland continue momentum, sign 7 key agreements

U.S. - Poland Joint Commission co-chairs, Maj. Gen. Randy A. Kee, Director, Strategy and Policy, U.S. European Command, and Mr. Robert Kupiecki, Poland's Deputy Minister of National Defence, sign seven Implementing Arrangements on April 27 in Warsaw, Poland. These agreements, which have been in negotiations for years, included arrangements for Ballistic Missile Defense Land Use, Telecommunications, Labor, Tax Exemption, Military Service Support, Contracting, and Financial Institutions. The implementation details will establish subject-specific procedures that apply to U.S. forces' operations and basing within Poland.
