Contractor Training/Processing/Travel

Contractors should work through their respective contracting officers (CONUS or within the AOR) to understand requirements under the terms and conditions of their contract and applicability of SPOT to their processing.

As no contracting authority (under Title 10) exists at EUCOM, contracts are solicited/negotiated/awarded through the Service Components:

• Army, 409th Contracting Support Brigade
• Air Force, U.S. Air Forces Europe
• Navy, FISC-Sigonella
