ANGOVILLE AU PLAIN, France – U.S. and British troops took part in a ceremony at Angoville au Plain – where Soldiers from the 101st Airborne Infantry Division fought during the D-Day operations. In 2006, a stained glass window was dedicated to the Screaming Eagles in the church, which had served as a medical aid station for German and U.S. forces during the fighting.
