A construction crew from a local Latvian company, SIA "Ekers," lays the foundation for the new three-bay garage at the firehouse in Gulbene, Latvia May 14, 2012. The new garage is designed to accommodate larger, more modern fire trucks which have recently been added to the Gulbene fleet. The project will also include a series of renovations to the existing garage - new doors, improved ventilation, electrical system work and a roof replacement. A construction crew from a local Latvian company, SIA "Ekers," lays the foundation for the new three-bay garage at the firehouse in Gulbene, Latvia May 14, 2012.
