Norwegian special operation forces operators move into a tactical formation after fast roping from a U.S. Navy MH-60S Seahawk helicopter during ex-filtration training as part of the Jackal Stone 2011 exercise in Constanta, Romania, Sept. 12. The purpose of the exercise, being held in Romania, Bulgaria and Ukraine, is to enhance special operations forces capacity and interoperability between the nine participating nations, while simultaneously building cooperation and partnerships.
