STUTTGART, Germany -- Command Sgt. Maj.  Charles Sekelsky, right, receives the noncommissioned officer sword from Army Maj. Gen. Michael Repass, U.S. Special Operations Command Europe commander, to officially assume duties as the command's senior enlisted advisor July 28. The traditional military ceremony took place at Patch Barracks, Stuttgart, Germany in which Sekelsky giving responsibility and authority of the command's soldiers, sailors, airmen and Marines.
