Harris Jr., commander of the U.S. 6th Fleet, receives a gift from Mr. Ramon Socias, civil delegate of the Balearic Islands, as part of a visit to Palma de Mallorca to discuss ties between Spain and the United States. During his visit Harris met with Vice President Alberto Moraques, participate in a media availability with members of the local press, conduct office calls with local military commanders, and attend a dinner hosted by the United States Navy League (USNL) Palma de Mallorca, Spain Council.
