Harris Jr., commander of the U.S. 6th Fleet, is greeted by side boys as he arrives aboard the Ticonderoga class guided-missile cruiser USS Monterey (CG 61) for a visit with the crew and a tour of the ship. Monterey is providing the first ballistic missile defense under the European Phased Adaptive Approach.
