LISBON, Portugal — Navy Lt. Cmdr. Robert Rafford, executive officer of the amphibious command ship USS Mount Whitney (LCC 20), gives a brief to foreign media members on the ship's bridge during a scheduled port visit here Jan. 26. Mount Whitney will be changing her homeport to Gaeta, Italy, following a hull-swapping ceremony with the Command Ship USS La Salle (AGF 3) slated for Feb. 25, 2005.
