STUTTGART, Germany — U.S. European Command recognized its outstanding performers for 2009 during a Service Member and Civilian of the Year Awards Ceremony here, Jan. 20. The command's top performers for the year are, from left to right: Senior Airman Amanda Bell, Directorate of Intelligence, Junior Service Member; Intelligence Specialist Second Class Mary Grodecki, Noncommissioned Officer/Petty Officer of the Year; Master Sgt. Philip Hudson, Command, Control, Communication Systems and Warfighting Integration (ECJ6), Senior NCO/PO; Timothy King, ECJ6, Junior Civilian of the Year; David Gouin, Strategy, Policy and Assessments Directorate (ECJ5/8), Mid-Level Civilian of the Year; and Joe Puckett, ECJ5/8, Senior Civilian of the Year.
