Joint Assessment Team Arrives in Tbilisi
STUTTGART, Germany -- The United States European Command Joint Assessment Team led by Army Brig. Gen. John Miller, Deputy Commander, 21st Theater Sustainment Command and the commander of the 7th Army Reserve Command, arrived in Tbilisi Georgia today to assess the current humanitarian situation and make recommendations on continued humanitarian support to senior military leadership.

STUTTGART, Germany -- The United States European Command Joint Assessment Team led by Army Brig. Gen. John Miller, Deputy Commander, 21st Theater Sustainment Command and the commander of the 7th Army Reserve Command, arrived in Tbilisi Georgia today to assess the current humanitarian situation and make recommendations on continued humanitarian support to senior military leadership.

The team is conducting the assessment at the request of Republic of Georgia government and by direction of U.S. European Command. The lead agency is the U.S. State department.

The EUCOM team will conduct a deliberate and focused assessment, encompassing variables such as transportation, infrastructure, manpower and many other life support considerations.
